Illustrative history. In EXO Estates each step is recorded by your staff; nothing here moves money.

A tenant’s request becomes a work order with a priority, a technician and photos — and the technician updates it from the phone, even offline.
Owners see what each unit earned and what is waiting for their approval, and download statements with every deduction itemised.

Less chasing. More control.

The everyday problems of managing property in the UAE — and what changes when they live in one system.

  • Cheques

TodayA cheque bounces and you hear about it from the bank.

With EXO EstatesSee which cheques are due, deposited or returned this week — with the replacement tracked.

  • Renewals

TodayLeases expire before anyone starts the renewal.

With EXO EstatesRenewals appear 90 days ahead, with the notice date and the Ejari details ready.

  • Owner statements

TodayOwners call every month to ask what they earned.

With EXO EstatesSend a statement that shows rent, fees and costs line by line — so they don’t need to call.

How it works

Built around the work you actually do.

A closer look at the jobs that take up most of your team’s week.

Move off spreadsheets without losing a row

Send us your Excel workbook. Anything that doesn’t add up is listed for your team to fix before you go live, instead of disappearing.

  • Findings grouped by type
  • Fixed before go-live, not after
  • Nothing skipped silently

Pay every owner their exact share

A unit can have several owners. Shares are recorded to the percentage and must add up to 100%, so rent, costs and approvals go to the right people.

  • Statements split by share
  • Each owner’s own approval limit
  • Incomplete shares flagged before they cause a problem

Approve spending at the right level, every time

Contractors price the same lines, so quotes are comparable. The approval ladder decides who signs off which amount, including the owner above their limit.

  • Quotes compared on the same scope
  • Approval bands you set per process
  • Invoices matched to the order and the work done

Turn a WhatsApp complaint into a tracked job

Whether a tenant calls, messages or uses the app, the request becomes a work order with a priority, a technician and photos — so nothing gets lost.

  • Emergency, urgent or routine priority
  • Assigned to a technician or a contractor
  • Photos before, during and after the work
For every role

Everyone sees the work that is theirs.

Your office, tenants, owners, contractors and technicians each get their own app — all working from the same records.

FAQ

Questions about EXO Estates.

What is EXO Estates?

Property management software for UAE property businesses, made by EXO Logics LLC. It connects leasing, rent and post-dated cheques, maintenance, purchasing and owner reporting in one Arabic and English system, so each record is entered once.

Who is EXO Estates for?

Property management companies, real estate brokerages, landlords and investors, and building and portfolio owners in the UAE. Tenants, owners, contractors and technicians each get their own portal or app on the same records.

Does it work in Arabic?

Yes. Screens, receipts, statements and reminders are in Arabic and English, with full right-to-left layouts, and each person chooses their own language.

How much does EXO Estates cost?

Prices are not published: each portfolio receives a proposal. Compare the Starter, Professional and Enterprise plans on the pricing page, then request a price.

See it with your own portfolio.

Ask for a 30-minute walkthrough. Tell us what matters to your business and we’ll reply by email to agree a time — with sample data or an extract of your own, in Arabic or English.
